Prepping for the week
It's Sunday night. I've already decided what I'm going to have (see right sidebar for "Week Two Menus").
Remove from the freezer and put in frig:
- 4 cubed steaks
- Whole chicken
- 1 pound ground beef
- Cauliflower
For Monday night supper I'm going to start the following on Monday morning:
- Scrub sweet potatoes and put in crockpot
- Slice cubed steaks
- Make Jamaican jerk seasoning
- Marinate the steaks with the seasoning and a little olive oil
