Prepping for the week

It's Sunday night. I've already decided what I'm going to have (see right sidebar for "Week Two Menus").

Remove from the freezer and put in frig:

  1. 4 cubed steaks
  2. Whole chicken
  3. 1 pound ground beef
  4. Cauliflower

For Monday night supper I'm going to start the following on Monday morning:

  1. Scrub sweet potatoes and put in crockpot
  2. Slice cubed steaks
  3. Make Jamaican jerk seasoning
  4. Marinate the steaks with the seasoning and a little olive oil

I'll post the recipes in a separate post.
